The new COBB Pizza Stone is large enough to bake a 10” pizza. The stone helps to prevent burning on the bottom and distribute heat evenly for perfect browning and a crispy crust. It will also be ideal for baking cookies or bread rolls or to use under the Bread Pan. Acts as a heat diffuser. It is best to use the stone with a Roast Rack, which, in turn, should be installed on the Grill Grid.
TIP: Use good quality hardwood briquettes. Look for the words "hardwood' and 'competition style' on the packaging. Coconut briquettes are ideal too!
