Ingredients
Makes 10 – 12
Wooden Skewers, Soaked in Water
1 Pack Of Thick Cut Bacon
Your Favorite BBQ Sauce
Method
Prepare your COBB Grill and light a CobbleStone and wait a few minutes until it has turned grey. Or, if you don’t have a CobbleStone on hand, ready your briquettes. Place Griddle and Dome Lid on COBB Grill and let heat up for at least 5 minutes.
- Tightly wrap a strip of bacon around a skewer – twining it around and overlapping just a bit as you wind it on. Leave about an inch of the skewer bacon-free to create room to hold it.
- Cook each skewer for around 5 minutes on each side.
- Halfway through cooking each side, baste the skewer with BBQ Sauce.
Serving Suggestion
Serve alongside extra BBQ sauce for dipping. They’re a great snack, but also make a great side for baked potatoes or breakfast foods like pancakes and omelets
