#LoveCOBB Grill-Off Competition Terms & Conditions
- Promoter: The competition is run by COBB Grill America (referred to as "we" or "us").
- Competition Dates:
- Start Date: October 7, 2024
- End Date: October 28, 2024
- How to Enter:
- Grill using your COBB Grill, snap a photo of your creation, and post it on Facebook or Instagram.
- Share your unique story and include the hashtag #LoveCOBB.
- Tag @COBBGrillAmerica in your post.
- Ensure your post is set to public.
- Note: Facebook or Instagram Stories do not count as valid entries.
- Entry Requirements:
- Open to U.S. residents aged 18 or over.
- One entry per person. Multiple entries will be disregarded.
- Entries must adhere to the community guidelines of Facebook and Instagram.
- No purchase necessary to enter or win.
- Winner Selection:
- Winners will be selected randomly using an online selection tool.
- Three winners will be chosen:
- October 15, 2024 - 1x $100 voucher
- October 22, 2024 - 1x $100 voucher
- October 29, 2024 - 1x $300 voucher
- Winners will be announced via our social media channels.
- Prizes:
- Total prize pool: $500 in COBB Grill vouchers.
- Prizes: 2x $100 vouchers and 1x $300 voucher.
- Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Vouchers are valid for a single use only.
- Notification:
- Winners will be notified via a direct message on the platform they entered through (Facebook or Instagram).
- Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternative winner may be selected.
- Usage of Entries:
- By entering, you agree to allow COBB Grill America to share and use your submitted photos and stories for promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
- Publicity:
- By participating, you agree to have your name and entry shared on our social media channels if you win.
- General:
- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook or Instagram.
- We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
- Entries that do not comply with these Terms & Conditions will be disqualified.
- Privacy:
- Personal data collected during this competition will be used solely for administering the competition and in accordance with our privacy policy.
