If your COBB or accessory has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.

  • Most new, unopened items may be returned within 90 days of shipment for a full refund.
  • We’ll pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (ex: incorrect or defective item).
  • We guarantee our products to be of the highest commercial grade quality available. We stand behind every product that we sell.

Refunds are generally processed within two weeks of receipt at COBB Grill America from the return shipper. We strive to make refunds more quickly. Refund processing includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
